"27 5 D0 Caldwell" window balance

A quick learner says:
I believe I need a pair of 28" window balances, with 27-5 stamping, and no wings top guide and with wings bottom guide, is that correct?

Thanks for posting. See our S380-28 or S385-28 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from 'heel' to 'toe'. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both balances with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 2750. Let me know if you have any questions.
