27tgx window block and tackle

I have a block and tackle that is labels 27tgx. It is 28" long and the sash weights 30 pounds. I have attached pictures of the ends. Can you please help me with the parts i need.

Hi Mike. I am afraid I can not make out your balance, but I believe you may be able to go with our S751-28. This comes assembled with a 15-014 balance shoe. I see you gave us the stamping of 27TG on your balance. So you will go with that same stamp option when ordering this balance. Take a look and let us know if you have any further questions.
