Thanks for writing in! Your channel balance appears to be our Series 770 channel balance assembly with a 15-044 Balance Attachment. This will need to be a custom balance assembly but the good new is that we can get these made up for you here in our warehouse.

I'll just need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
