It's a premier window brand. It is a tilt window with the foot and shoe similar to the Marvin.

Thanks for reaching out. Your channel balance looks like it could be a match for our Series 770. Look it over and let me know if you agree, or if you had any questions. Note that our balance installs at the top using a screw; I can't see that end of your balance so make sure to double check that before you buy anything.

Our Series 770 doesn't come with a pivot shoe, but as long as your original is in working condition then it can be safely reused.

A handy person from Naples, FL says:
The shoes are broken. The string will need to be connected to the shoe and the balance from the factory. Can you do that? It appears for the shoe to be 15-129. Do you agree? Let me know. Thanks!

I agree, our 15-129 looks like a great match for your original shoe. Just make sure that the dimensions match up before you buy it, just to be safe.

As for connecting this to the Series 770, that's not something we can do for you. That's not precisely how these work; these aren't connected from the factory at all, instead the terminal clip on the balance anchors under the metal bracket you see at the top of the shoe. This is very simple to do with a pair of needle nose pliers, or a tool like our 75-005
