34 inch long Balance for weather shield window

A home owner from Madison, WI says:
I have a broken balance with a label of (DB F04) 33TGX. (See photo) It is 34" long, 9/16" wide and because of a little extra bevel? It is about 5/8" deep. (See other photo) this is for a weather shield, single hung window which is 40" wide and 69" high.

I've not been able to find a replacement through the manufacturer. Do you have one which may be equivalent?

Thanks

Looks like a ribbed channel balance for a tilt window. That's about all I can say, though. Can you show me a photo of the shoe or clip that was at the end of the cord? Can you also show me a picture of the top of the balance where it installs in the track? That will help us determine the Series.

A home owner from Madison, WI says:
Thanks for the response. I've attached several photos. Hopefully it is useful. It appears that the shoes are cracked and broken. On both sides of the window.

Thanks again,
Alan

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks a S751-34. The only thing I'm certain about is the identity of your balance's locking shoe. The S751-34 comes default with the 15-014 Knife Lock Shoe; however I would remove the balance and shoe from the window track and make sure the shoe does not more closely resemble the 15-197 Great Lakes Shoe. Compare and let us know.

A home owner from Madison, WI says:
Thank you for the feedback! I'll take a look at the shoe in the next couple weeks. I really appreciate the help!
