The part with the threads on it is a little too small for my window. Do you have a little bigger size?

Hello, We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to determine if we carry a compatible handle and cover. Thank you! |

Thanks for the photos! Casey is out of the office today, however, I've had a chance to review your photos.Unfortunately, we would not be able to supply you with an exact replacement for it and we do not carry the compatible hardware. With that said, you would need to purchase an entirely new operator to replace your crank handle. Your operator looks very similar to our 39-253RB, which does use the 39-375 Encore Truth Folding Handle with cover. The opposite handed version of this operator and the compatible handle are the 39-253LB and 39-376 respectively.

Keep in mind, you'll likely need to replace the other hardware like the 39-528 casement track and the compatible track slider, part 39-529. You may also need to replace the bracket that the short link arm attaches to, which would be either part 39-545 or 39-546. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. |
