Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we can provide you with a replacement balance, however, to be absolutely sure, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

I am specifically looking to see any attachments that could be connected to the balance or that may still be in the window channel and/or still attached to the pivot shoe.

Let me know if you have any questions.

A quick learner from New york says:
I believe I've captured that with already submitted photos.

I'm sorry to say that the information I'm requesting was not included in your original photos. The only things that were included were the photos of the damaged balance, which do not show an attachment, and the pivot shoe, which is still installed in the window.

I'll need a photo of an undamaged balance to make a proper replacement recommendation.

Given that these are a 42" balance stamped with a 42F, it is highly likely that these will need to be a custom order balance. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. So it is pertinent to get the requested information. Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with an order link without it.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

A quick learner from New york says:
Both of the balances are damaged and removed. Here are some more photos I finally got to.

Thanks for confirming. I've forwarded a link with a quote in a separate email for the (2) requested balances. You may use this link to review the quote and place the order from  your online cart.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello there,
I received my window balances and they are spot on - thank you!
However i did notice that one of the balance shoes is broken so I need to order two of them also. Could you please assist me with that as well?

I'm glad to hear that your balances were the perfect fit for your window. To determine the correct pivot shoe replacement for your window, I'll need to know the dimensions for the width and the thickness of your shoe.

May I also please see a photo of the compatible pivot bar?

You'll need to remove both parts to confirm the measurement for the shoe and so that I am able to see the entire shape of the pivot bar.

A quick learner from New york says:
Thank you for your prompt response. Here are some more photos of the shoe which I managed to break during removal. Measurements are: 2" x 1 1/4" x 9\16"

Thanks for confirming. Given your shoe measurements I believe our 15-129 9/16" Thick pivot shoe should work well as a replacement.

The size of the cam of your pivot shoe does match the cam on our shoe. So, you'll likely need to replace your existing pivot bar as well. With that said, I will need to removed from the window.
