770 Series channel balance

A home owner from New Jersey says:

So I have been able to determine that I have a 770 Series channel balance that is 23" but can't determine the weight rating on it. Can you please assist.

Hello,

I agree that your balance looks like our S770-23 but the stamp is a bit out of the ordinary. I'd recommend weighing the window sash and following the chart below from the S770-23 product page to confirm the correct strength option. Thank you!
