Thanks for reaching out! Looking at your patio door rollers, it looks similar to the 81-154 with the long cut outs at the top sides of the housing and the adjustment screw at the top end of the housing. However the 81-154 does not have that top installation hole like the one on your rollers. 

We're hoping that the long cut out at the top side of the housing will be enough to install the roller and that you do not need the top, centered installation hole. This will determine if our 81-154 will work for you.

I do want to point out that your roller does also look similar to the 81-030 roller with that top, centered installation hole, but it doesn't have the long cut outs on the sides and the adjustment screw is at the bottom on the end of the housing. This roller would, most likely, not work for you because you'd need to have the adjustment screw at the top for the roller to properly install it.
