Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out! Your window tilt latch reminds me of our 26-243 and 26-244. To confirm that this is the right fit for your sash, carefully review and compare the dimensions below. I am confident these should be the right replacement for you window.

Sure! Your coil balance pivot shoe looks a lot like our 15-199. However, to confirm this is the right fit for your window, you'll need to remove the shoe and carefully review and compare the dimensions.

This pivot shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance or the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils.

Once you've confirmed the series, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that will indicate the spring strength needed for your window.

I'm glad to hear the shoe is the right fit. As mentioned above, this pivot shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance or the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance. Although, since your balance cover appears to be the 15-205 3/8" Egress Coil Triple Support, it is likely you have the Series 165 Coil Balance. I would still suggest confirming the width of your coils in case they do end up measuring 1/2" thick.

Since the sash weighs 20lbs, I would suggest using the S165-5 which are 5lb coils; you'll need two for each assembly. That said, you would need the 15-204 3/8" Coil Dual Support since the assemblies would only be using two coils per assembly.

The pivot bar compatible with the shoe you have is the 26-378. Be sure to compare the dimensions and design to confirm that this is the right replacement.
