Alenco window channel balances

A home owner from Amarillo, TX says:
I believe these are the S395 Channel balances and would like to confirm before ordering. The engravings are 2130 (small windows) and 2140 (larger window). I am to believe these are complete sets and ready to install per the product description.

Please advise....

Hello there. I do happen to agree that this balance looks like the S395-22 channel balance. Specifically, you may want to look into the S395-22. These balances appear to may be a match. Look it over and see what you think. If so, you can go with the 2130 (12-15 pounds) and the 2140 (15-23 pounds) options.
