Hello,
I need help ID'ing these rollers. I just tuned some aluminum doors probably from the 1970's yesterday. These were the rollers. I neglected to measure the width of the assembly and height. The features that seem to stand out are the locking tabs on the front and back of the carriage. I didn't see an exact match on the website. I believe that the doors are 1" thickness and solid aluminum. The carriages were steel and the wheels are metal with ball bearings, but I'm not sure of the metal type.
Thanks
Jesse

Hello, Take a look at the 81-256, which we believe may work as a replacement for your discontinued roller. With that being said, we can't be sure if the side bumps would be a problem when installing it. Review the measurements below to see if it will fit into the bottom rail of your patio door. Thank you. If the wheel is the only problem, you may be able to replace it using our 81-266 roller and axle kit as long as your wheel has the same 1-1/4" diameter and you are able to reuse the housing. |
