Hello! This exact balance model hasn't been made in a long time, unfortunately, but the good news is that you should be able to use our Series 500 as an alternative. You will also need a 17-012 bracket, which is sold separately. This snaps to the bottom of the Series 500 and allows you to attach it to the sash in more or less the same way as your original assembly. At 28.5", I recommend the S500-29. For a 7 pound sash you can use the Red Tip color option, which holds 7 through 29 pounds. Lastly, note that the diameter of the tube is 9/16". Yours ought to be, too, but it can't hurt to triple check that. |
