American Craftsman replacement window parts needed

A home owner from 29410 says:

Have a house full of American Craftsman new construction double hung tilting vinyl windows. Majority of the windows are 3/0x5/2. Purchased around 2007 timeframe. Need to verify replacement parts needed.

Top sash has a 23" balance and bottom sash has 25" balance, which I believe to be your Series 795 Channel Balance. The 1-1/4" T-Locks Balance Shoe, Open Cam, I believe are your 15-195B

I also need replacement tilt latches, which I believe are your 26-408. How do you change the tilt latch, they don't want to pop out? Based on my photos and info, does this sound correct, and how long would it take to ship and receive the parts?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I agree with the parts you picked out. Our Series 795 with the 15-195B open cam shoe (sold separately) looks like a great match for your old hardware.

We can't be sure about the tilt latch since it's damaged but the video below will walk you through the removal and installation of flush mount tilt latches.

Shipping will depend on the option you select at checkout as we have a few different choices.
