Thanks for posting. Start by looking at our 39-264 Operator. This seems to have a similar design to your old mechanism, but review the dimensions below to confirm it matches what you have.

For a handle and cover that works with this operator, see the 39-286 and 39-152, respectively. Also, if your window was built between 1995 and 1998, you will need the 39-362 Adapter Plate. Finally, if you need to replace the hinges in the window as well, you should be able to use our 36-048, so long as you replace both the lower and upper hinge in the window at the same time so the operation remains symmetrical.
