Anlin coil balnace

A quick learner from San Francisco says:
Hello. I have an old Anlin window and need new assembly for the coil balance and balance feet. The parts are corroded so I can't see exactly what the numbers are. Can you help based on these photos?
One of the white pieces holding a coil has a 12 on it. And one coil has a 5

Hello,

Your balance assembly resembles the S140 shown below depending on how the dimensions compare to yours. The 12 on the cover indicates that you would need the S140-12 to support a sash between 23-24.99 lbs. I would recommend weighing your sash to confirm that it falls within the supported weight range.

As for the pivot bar, we've related a few options that are commonly used with the assembly. We would need to see an undamaged version removed from one of your windows with written-out dimensions to confirm the best match. Thank you!
