Arm keeps coming loose

A home owner from Sparrowbush, NY says:
I think this is an old Anderson wood awning window. One of the "keepers " won't maintain grip on the pin on the end of the arm. Looking for this part before I cut off the pin, drill a hole and stick a bolt in it.
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim, thank you for posting,

To further review, are you able to show us a view of the full operator where we can see the base and arm extension? Thank you!
