Assistance required to help identify window latch model seen here

Hi there, looking for replacing 4x missing latch springs for 12 year old builders grade new construction single hung windows. Width appears to be 1-15/16" with springs that slot into top lip for pull lift...without the springs windows may inadvertently be left unlocked.
