Atrium Windows balances

A quick learner from Reseda, Ca says:
Hi there. I bought this home about 15 yrs ago and used this room as storage. We are doing some remodeling and notice the windows don't stay up. The balances weren't attached to anything. Also the clip holes on the actual window frame are missing. Please let me know the part number. Thank you. Chris

Thanks for posting. See our S380-25 or S385-25. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the picture below for reference. Measure the depth of your old balance's shoe to determine which matches best. In either case for a stamp option choose 2430.
