Hi,

I have a Thermal Industry awning window that the lever operator is not functioning properly preventing me from being able to completely open & close window.

From the looks of things this piece is one assembly.

I don't think Thermal Industry is in business anymore however I am hoping you have a replacement for this.

Your awning operator resembles the 39-239B shown below, which uses the 39-558 detach clips, 39-536 pivot slides, and 39-375 handle with cover. Take a look at the specifications of these parts to confirm that they match up to yours. Thank you!
