Thanks for posting! Your awning operator reminds me of the 39-083 Dual Arm Crank operator. To confirm that this is the right replacement, you'll need to carefully compare the "wingspan" measurement of the arms. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

The compatible window bracket is the 39-170 Window Sash Bracket and the 39-114L crank handle.
