BSI 24 B window channel

please help me with identifying a replacement for my window balance. It has 24 B B.S.I. on it and that's it. The metal part is 25" long

Thank you for the photos! Based on what I see here, my recommendation is the Series 380 or Series 385. You'll need to measure as shown below to determine the best match. The 24B stamp on the metal channel may translate to our 2420 option but you could always weigh the window sash on a scale to confirm it falls within the 9 to 15 pound weight range.
