BSI Channel Balance and Window Hardware

Hi Eric,

Thanks for reaching out to us!  Your balances appear to be either the S380-32 with a 1" shoe or the S385-32 with a 1-3/32" shoe. Each of these channels are 32" in length with a 9/16" width (which is considered 1/2" in the trade).

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Keep in mind, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

You'll need to select the 3130 stamp option. Although, it may be a good idea to make sure the weight of your sash falls between 16 to 23lbs.

My apologies! I will to see an undamaged version of this part to identify the correct replacement. If this is the top sash guide for the channel balance, unfortunately, I cannot use the photo provided to make the correct recommendation.
