I work for a large property management company and we are looking for a supplier for parts for our windows. I need 4 of these units but I cannot find this style foot. Can you guide me in the right direction?

Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balance is an old discontinued rod style balance. However, the good new is that our Series 775 balance shoe work well as a suitable replacement.

To confirm the correct replacement, you'll need to obtain the length of an undamaged balance, the width of the bottom shoe (which is called a wedge), and you'll need to weigh the sash to select the correct stamp.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Total length is 29". Width of wedge is 1 3/8" x 9/16". Weight is 15 pounds

Thanks for confirming this information. It appears you'll need the S775-29 with a 29B stamp & 1-1/4" shoe. Although, I would be sure to double check this measurement.
