Thanks for contacting us. I'm afraid I can't identify this balance just yet. Can you show us the attachment (s) that go with it? Can you write out the length of the metal channel as well?

As for the pivot bar, the 26-448 looks like it'd be a good match. Review the specifications and see if you agree.

It's also important to mention that we always recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window. Pairing a new balance with an old one would only cause the new hardware to wear out a lot quicker since it has to pick up the slack for the weaker one. Just something to keep in mind.
