Balance Channels replacement

A home owner from Coral Springs Florida says:
Hello, I am attaching pictures of my current balance channels.
One channel is shorter than the other for some reason.
29 inches vs 30 inches

I have few windows with the same problem.

Thank you for your help,

A quick learner from USA says:
A Swisco guy says balances are supposed to be the same size on both sides. Is this why my windows wobble? These are from the same window.

The rep asked me how height is the visible glass? IT's 27 1/4"

Hi there!

Being that the visible glass height is 27-1/4", I would go with the 29" channel balance. However, you will need to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper spring strength option.

The top guide looks like the 19-035 and the bottom shoe might be the 15-004 but I'm not too sure from these photos. Would it be possible for me to see close-up photos of the top fitting from a few different angles?

We would also like you to measure the bottom fitting as shown below and tell us what you get.
