Balance Cover is Cracked

my doube hung window's plastic cover on the balance crcked and fell off. Some plastic tilt latch also broke. There's no brand on the window. Can you tell me if you carry these parts? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that we do not sell replacement for the balance covers. Your best bet would be to visit a local hardware store to determine if they can possibly point you in the right direction to find a replacement.

The tilt latch looks a like our 26-431P Combo Tilt Latch Sash Lock Device Pair. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing latches to confirm that these are the right replacement.
