Thanks for reaching out! There is a chance that we can supply you with a replacement for the broken pivot shoe shown here, however, I'll need to see a photo of the shoe removed from the window. The channel of the window obstructs the view of the shoe making it a bit difficult to identify.

Let me know if you have any questions.

A quick learner from San Francisco says:
Hello! Thank you for your response. Please see the photos attached. If these don't provide the information you need, I will go back for more.

These do help to better identify the pivot bar, however, I'll need to see the part you've referred to as the balance foot removed from the window as well. This is what we refer to as the balance pivot shoe, or in your case, the coil balance pivot shoe.

Are you able to remove this part from the window channel?

A quick learner from San Francisco says:
Hi. Thank you. I will try to get these by tomorrow and send an update.

Thank you! With these photos in mind, I feel confident that we can help you with this project. Please see our 26-175 pivot bar to start out. This is a newer model compared to your original, which is no longer made. Despite how different they may look, the newer model works in the same way and should fit perfectly well in your window.

We also sell the 15-192 pivot shoe, Series 170 bottom spring, Series 171 top spring, 15-156 spring cover, and 15-157 drum. These parts should replace the old balance system, but take special note that the 15-192 is a new, modern version of your old shoe, which is also discontinued. I've had customers in the past tell us that the new 15-192 doesn't fit in the track the same way. This is very important to take note of.

If the 15-192 doesn't fit in your window, then you may need to shave off the aligners that you see on the face of the shoe; they look like little "bumps." This should give the shoe clearance to fit in the track like the original.
