Hi Richard, thank you for posting,

Your balance resembles the S377-30 channel balance. Based on the stamp, the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 30" long. You will need a 2910, 2920 and 2930 stamp option. Please note that the window sash should have the same stamp number on each side. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions.

A contractor from Naples fl says:
I also need plastic peace per picture. I need 4 of them.
As far as balancers I need 2 of each. Let me know how I can pay. Or do I just go on your website and order?
Thank you
Richard

Hi Richard,

Please review the overall style and dimensions of the 18-042 top sash guide pair to see how they compare to your originals for a good fit!

Orders can be placed directly online from the product pages. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!

A contractor from Naples fl says:
Not sure if I can do that. But I have new project.
Please see attached:
I need balancers and the plastic end.
Thank you,
Richard

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the photos. These channel balances resemble either the S380-30 or the S385-30. These balances have a 30" channel.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

You'll need to select the 2920 option.

The top sash guide you have here reminds me of our 18-178 Channel Balance Guide Pair. Again, look over the dimensions and compare them your existing hardware to confirm that this is the right fit.
