Balancer for double hung windows came undone

A quick learner from Stamford, CT says:

Hi, I attached images for the components I need. The top window piece is falling down and it appears the metal coil came out of the casing for the balancer.

I was searching your catalog but couldn't seem to find the component that exactly matches mine. Can you please help me locate it so I can order it, I measured the metal encasement at 18 inches and the thin coil at 19 inches.

The best replacement part would depend on the diameter of the outer tube. If the diameter is 3/8", see our Series 900 spiral balance. If it's 5/8" or 9/16", see our Series 600 instead.
