Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. Our Series 380 or Series 385 appear to match what you have here. You'll have to measure the depth of the bottom fitting to confirm which Series is best for your repair. The stamp printed on the metal channel will also indicate what strength option you will need for your replacement balances.
