Balancers alum windows

A landlord from Illinois says:
I need to confirm the block and tackle balancers I need for non tilt aluminum windows. The are marked 1920 and 1520. I also need the part that goes on the sash.

Hello!

I recommend either the Series 351 or Series 390 based on what you show here. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine which one. I also recommend the 1920 option for the 20" balance and the 1520 option for the 16" balance.

Let me know if you have any questions!

A landlord from Illinois says:
I don't think mine has the ears at the bottom. 1920 and 1520 is what is imprinted on mine.
I would also like to replace the top sash guide for each window.

My apologies! I meant to upload the image below. I'd be happy to help ID your top sash guide but I'll need to see a photo of it removed from the sash. Specifically, I'd like to see "mugshot" angles of it from the front and side.

A landlord from Illinois says:
I measured the "shoe" on the balancer. I beleive I have the series 390 because it measures 1 1/8 across. It is a bit tricky as the starting and ending point of the measurment are both on rounded edges.

Also see photos attached of the sash guide.

I total I would need:
8 of the 1920's
6 of the 1520's
and 14 sash guides

Thanks for the additional photos! Our 18-036 and 18-115 come to mind. Look over the specifications and see if one matches up. I'm afraid our department doesn't process orders but you can either place an order right on our website at your convenience or call (888) 991-1929.
