I'm looking for balances (I think that's what they're called for j-10296-1-L-D from Lezzer windows (LEZZER on the lock).

Hello. You are showing a pivot shoe that connects to coil balances, spring mechanisms further up the window track that regulate the window's movement. This shoe is no longer made, but our 15-177 should be able to replace it. This shoe works with Series 152 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have any further questions about this hardware.
