Basement window crank

A home owner from West Yarmouth, MA says:
Hi. One of two casement window cranks broke. Pictures shows the one that broke and the one that didn't. There are no labels on windows, unlike the other casement windows in the house (which are Harvey's and don't look like these). House was built in 70's but all the Harvey windows are from 2002. The windows in question, while not in that order to Harvey, were probably installed at the same time - we bought the house just 3 years later.

The only thing I can find is "Made in USA" on the inside of the crank.
