It may be missing parts the window broke as I was opening it. It is a milgard window. Numbers on it are:14-5 JI5 CMC 50 the metal rod is 1/2" wide 15" long

If the metal channel is exactly 15" long, then this might be an S395-15. Double-check the specifications listed to confirm. For a new stamp option use 1450.
