Hello,

You have the old Float-a-way bi-fold doors. The replacement parts are dwindling and many are not available. We suggest converting over to the Slimfold door pins. You will need to replace the tracks. The 21-401 track length is actually 35-1/2" long, so you might want the 21-404 and cut it down with a hacksaw. For the new pins, you will need one 21-001 bottom adjusting pin and three 21-007 spring loaded pins per panel. You will will need two 21-277 bumpers and if the old bushing are worn 21-152. Please review.

A contractor from Phoenix says:
Hi Paul thank you for looking at my door and helping with the changing to a new track and roller system. I have one concern what hold these pins in place. My door has one large opening and the example shown has four small square holes that nylon parts with screws hold pins in place. let me know what you think thanks Ron

Hi Ron,

For the 1/2" square cuts out on your door, you can use the 21-153 nylon bushing to help the pins slide through the door.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.
