Bifold top pivot

A quick learner from U.S. says:
I had some work done at my house and they removed my bifold closet door. It has a part similar to the top pivot 23-306. Does that part hold the pin in the top of the door in place? Or does the pin go in the circle and the pivot move with the door when opening and closing? I'm clueless! Also, do you have a track that part fits in?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

You are correct that the top pivot bracket is used to hold the pin in the top track. Unfortunately, we don't have a track that is compatible with the 23-306. According to our records, it hasn't been made for quite some time.

I'm sorry that we won't be able to offer more assistance with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

A home owner from Milton, Pa says:
I am in need of the screw that tightens up the pivot bracket. Mine got stripped and I can't tighten the bracket.

Unfortunately, we do not carry the screw that comes with the 23-306 separately but you are welcome to purchase a new bracket directly on our website. We apologize for the inconvenience.
