Hey there, Thanks for reaching out to us! The balances you have here are an older discontinued block and tackle style balance called an Arrow Balance. The good news is that this balance can likely be replaced with our Series 770 Channel Balances. It is a bit difficult to tell from the photos of the measuring tape but it appears that your existing balance is about 27", from the top of the black nylon tip to the bottom of the off-white nylon tip; not including the metal terminal clip. Can you confirm? I will also need to know the exact weight of your sash to confirm the stamp option you would need for your replacements. The compatible pivot shoe appears to be the 15-129 Pivot Shoe. To confirm that this is the right replacement be sure to carefully compare the dimensions and design. If you are looking to replace the compatible pivot bar, I'll also need to see that hardware removed from the bottom of the sash.

Hello, As mentioned, the measurement for the balance does not include the block at the bottom of it. That is the pivot shoe which is separate from the assembly and should not be factored into the length of the balacne. In the photos above, you show two different measurements. One of the photos shows a measurement close to 27-1/2" and the other shows a measurement around 28". Are these two different balances? In regard to the pivot bar, it appears you have the 26-368 Flared Slotted Pivot Bar. Take a look over the dimensions and design to confirm that this is the correct replacement.
