Hello there!

This old rod balance isn't made anymore but one of our modern replacements will work. See the Series 775 channel balance. You'll just need to measure the bottom shoe and weigh your window sash to choose the appropriate spring strength option. There's a chart on the S775's product page that will show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.

If you have any further questions just let us know.

We don't sell a stock balance that matches this configuration. However, I'm reminded of the 15-216 pivot shoe and 15-044 attachment. Take a look at the specifications for these parts and see if they match what you need. If they do and you're interested, we can use these parts to assemble a custom balance. I would just need you to weigh the window sash on a scale so that we can determine the proper strength option.

Please note, custom orders are nonrefundable.
