Block and Tackle rod Inquiry

A quick learner says:
I am in need of replacement block and tackle window balances for a few windows in my recently purchased house. Unfortunately, I am unsure of the window manufacturer. The channel length is 29", with a width and depth of 1/2". The part number on the balance is 03/10 Unique 28-A-10. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have been unable to find the correct replacement. The windows are non-tilt, single hung and were likely made in 2010, although I have been unable to locate the manufacturer's name.

Hello,

I believe that we can help but it would need to be a custom order since we do not carry a balance with your configurations as a stock option. The replacements would be assembled using the 15-198 hook at the top of the balance and the 19-029 short S-Clip attached to the bottom of a ribbed channel like yours. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to over an order link and price quote. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to me. I need four balances in total. The balance clip attachment looks the same and I am assuming that this clip is attached to the nylon string in the balance. The bottom S-clip looks slightly different, but I can always use my existing clips. Please let me know what the cost would be. Thanks

Great, we just sent over an order link and price quote for the balances you requested. Keep in mind that these balances will come with 29A stamped on the metal channel, which appears to match the stamp code shown in your photos. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.

Ok, thanks. I'll look for the link
