Thanks for reaching out to us! We should be able to help with this. Can you remove the balance from the window and show us close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel? It should be 29" based on your stamp.

I'm not able to identify what you may have from the given photos, unfortunately. The top and bottom fittings are too obscured so seeing the balance removed from the window as requested above is the only way for us to help. We'd also like for you to measure the depth of the bottom fitting and tell us what you get.
