Broken 35 year old Pella Lock mechanism

A quick learner from new jersey says:

The old broken one says on it Made in Italy. The spring top plunger no longer pushes out all of the way and so the horizontal handle now hangs down a bit. There is a piece of broken metal inside the mechanism seen in the photo. What can you do to help with a replacement. Please call me with measurement questions. today is a good day if you can call soon.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell this mortise lock. The 40-193 is a Pella brand handle set but I can't promise it will work for you. Take a look at the specifications for this part and see what you think.
