Broken Channel Balances

A home owner from Scottsburg, Virginia says:
I have double hung Pella vinyl windows in my house. I have a bunch of broken channel balances. The plastics shoes have broken and come out. I was wondering if you have anything that will work. 24B B31?? Is stamped on the metal channels.

Thanks for posting! The balances you are searching for appear to be our S795-24 with a 1-1/4" Closed Cam, T-Lock Shoe. Since your balances have a hook installed to the top of them, this means that they will need to be custom balances.

I've just forwarded over a separate link with a quote for (2) custom balances as there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance. Please let me know if you need a higher quantity of balances and I'll be happy to update the quote for you.
