Please identify the channel balance attached on the pictures.
Please let me know if I need to order the whole balance or just parts.

Hi Fernando,

Your balances appear to be either the S380-35 with a 1" shoe or the S385-35 with a 1-3/32" shoe. This balance has a 35" channel length, only the metal. 

To determine which series is needed for your window. Look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. If your shoe measurement differs, please confirm the measurement.

When selecting your stamp option, you'll need to review the back of the metal channel for any stamps/markings.
