Your crank resembles either the 39-031 and 39-032 or the 39-155 and 39-156 operators. The main difference between the two styles is the length of the short link arm. 

Please review the overall dimensions to compare to your original to confirm a good fit! We also carry the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle if needed.
