We have been unable to locate a replacement licking mechanism for the "male" locking side of the door.

Your mortise lock resembles the assembly that comes with the 82-402 shown below. Unfortunately, the mortise is not available separately from the handle set that comes with the Tulsa set. The handle set is also a different style, so make sure to carefully compare the mortise lock specifications to confirm it's a match. Thank you.
