Broken plastic insert in window casing

A quick learner from dc metro says:
Hi,

I tried to install S795-32 channel balance but the plastic insert where I screw the channel into kept popping out for one of the window, and it broke into pieces for another window. It occurred when I tried to rest the window pivot bar in the 15-194 T-lock balance.

Can I buy a few of the plastic inserts from you? What product will that be? Hope the pictures I attached are helpful.

Thanks,

Vijay

Hi there, Vijay.

It looks like you need a screw plug. Our 26-200 is my recommendation. We also have a helpful tutorial video that will go over the details. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
