Hey there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like your balance uses a T-lock shoe. With that in mind, I recommend the Series 795 which comes attached with the 15-195 closed cam shoe. You'll want to remove your old one from the window track to confirm it matches up with ours. There should also be a stamp printed on the metal channel that will indicate the needed stamp for your replacements.

Please note that the Series 795 installs with a screw. If your balance uses a hook, please let me know!
