Hello! I was searching for this piece on your website but I couldn't find anything like it because I don't even know how its called. I know it's a crank but I need to know what the thing in the blue-ish circle is! Hope you can tell me, thank you!

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we do not carry your type of hardware. However, we do have a bracket similar to yours. Take a look at the 39-549 along with the 39-105 detach clip. If you have a clip like the 39-105 on the link arm, the 39-549 sash bracket might work. I just can't see what type of clip you have on your operator from the photo. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with yours.
