Caldwell 22 3

A landlord from portland says:
I have a balancer printed with: "22 3 HO Caldwell"

I measured it tip to plastic tip and it is 24", I haven't weighted the sash but 30lbs could be correct.

Thanks!

Hello there!

I'm afraid I can't identify your balance from this information alone. I would need to see photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window. Take a look at the video below. It will go over all the details we'll need in order to track down a match.

Thank you for getting back to me. We're almost there! Can you show me a closer shot of the bottom fitting? I, unfortunately, can't make it out from these photos.

A landlord from portland says:
I unfortunately don't have a photo of the bottom fitting but I can tell you that is has the wings protruding to the right and left.

Thanks for confirming! In that case, my recommendation is the S380-23 or S385-23 with the 2230 option. The important difference between the two is the depth of the bottom fitting as shown below. You'll have to measure yours to determine the best match.

Please note, a pair of balances with the 2230 option will carry a sash weighing 12 to 19 but you can always weigh the sash on a scale to confirm.
